While I was an employee I can’t wait for the general meeting of the company where my boss is giving gift to his employee as a compliment for a great job well done. Even a small gift receive from a boss of an employee it is a big things for me. For letting me know that he did appreciate the work that I am doing.
Now that I am an owner of a small business this coming season I am planning to give my employee some Conference Folders where they can use it at work and they can also make it a memorable item, reminding them that once in my life they had work in my company. I got this idea while searching in the internet. Thinking of something that I can give to my employee this coming season. And I found some Promotional Merchandise and Promotional Gifts on a site. And that give an idea that it is a good thing for an employer to give gifts for their employee. That reminds me of the feeling I felt whenever I receive gift from my employer. I inquire on their site and saw all the nice gifts and other gifts that I can choose. I was thinking of having a gift every monthly meeting a small gift. Maybe a little cost but I believe my employee will truly appreciate the gift.
